Challenging the Châtelaine, 2007
Châtelaine was exhibited in Challenging the Châtelaine at the Estonian Museum of Applied Art and Design, Tallinn, Estonia in 2007.
It is now in the collection of The State Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg, Russia. Donated by Helen W. Drutt English.
Challenging the Châtelaine invited artists and jewelers to create a châtelaine that embodied a role model of their choice. Enterline took her inspiration from Louise Bourgeois. The participating artists expanded the châtelaine beyond its traditional function as a decorative toolbelt for holding various keys and household items.
